The service and your account
These terms govern your use of frugent.net and Frugent, provided by Gaetan Juvin, operating as Frugent. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. For help, contact gaetanjuvin@gmail.com. Authorized browser automation
Use Frugent only on accounts, websites and data you are authorized to access. You are responsible for your instructions, permissions and resulting actions, including messages, purchases and changes made through connected services. Follow applicable laws and the terms of the websites you use. Do not use Frugent for unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, credential theft, bypassing security controls or disruption of services.
Review consequential actions and their results. An existing action map can reduce planning, and repeat execution can follow saved steps, but changing websites, permissions and data can affect outcomes. We do not guarantee a specific saving, execution result or uninterrupted compatibility. Local execution requires your connected browser and machine to remain available.
Plans, trial and billing
Personal costs US$5 per month with 500 local runs per billing period. Pro costs US$20 per month with 5,000 local runs per billing period. A run is counted when a browser session opens; failed or cancelled openings do not consume the allowance. Unused runs do not roll over. Cloud execution is a separate beta request and is not included in these local allowances. Enterprise arrangements require a separate agreement.
Your first subscription includes a seven-day trial and requires a payment method. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at the selected monthly price shown at checkout. There is one initial trial per account. Manage payment details, invoices, plan changes and cancellation through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period; access continues until then. Checkout or the portal displays applicable charges and the timing of a plan change before you confirm it.
Contact gaetanjuvin@gmail.com about billing errors or refund requests. Refunds and any cancellation rights required by applicable law remain available. Pricing changes apply prospectively with notice before they affect your renewal. No charge is made merely by signing in.
Your content and reusable maps
You retain your rights in the content you supply. You allow Frugent and its service providers to process it as needed to provide the service and as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit content you lack permission to use. Private task data is not automatically a public contribution. Shared Action Map Registry contributions require a separate contribution and review process.
Availability, suspension and ending use
We may update the service, restrict abusive use or suspend access where necessary for security, legal compliance or a material violation of these terms. We provide notice where practical and appropriate. You may stop using Frugent, cancel your subscription in the portal and request account deletion by email. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are distinct requests; cancel the subscription to stop future renewals.
Third-party websites, assistants and providers are governed by their own terms. Beta features may change or be withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Changes and contact
